Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: To hold your appointment slot and guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required on file when booking. Because our schedule is dedicated to serving you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be subject to a 50% fee of the total service. Same-day "No-Call, No-Shows" will be charged 100% of the service. After-Hours Policy: Our cancellation window requires 24 hours' notice during regular business hours. Please note that cancellation requests sent outside of salon hours(including texts, emails, or voicemails ) do not allow us time to fill the spot and will be treated as a No-Show. You more then welcomed to cancel through the online booking system. Please schedule your time mindfully so we can make the most of our session together.
